Han recently assumed the role of Entertainment Project Manager for the New Build of Celebrity Cruises' Flagship Celebrity Ascent. From concept to delivery, she oversaw and managed all logistic, artistic and administrative aspects across multiple diverse productions, teams and entertainment venues.
In casting, Han led worldwide auditions, building diverse, high-caliber casts of dancers, vocalists & circus specialty acts.
As Artistic Integrity & Maintenance Director | Resident Choreographer, Han installed, maintained and provided artistic direction, ensuring consistency with creative vision across all departments. She managed and scheduled rehearsals, recommended adjustments and collaborated on casting, contract renewals and evaluations to uphold integrity to support high-performance environments.

Creative Integrity & Operations
As Entertainment Project Manager for Celebrity Cruises' flagship, Celebrity Ascent, Han led the artistic, logistic and administrative development from concept to delivery, across multiple diverse productions, teams and entertainment venues. Her approach emphasized diverse representation, collaboration, and clear communication with producers, shoreside teams, and onboard departments. From facilitating new-build concepts to scheduling rehearsals and managing technical requirements, Han optimized resources to minimize conflicts and ensure smooth operations. Navigating unexpected challenges with a calm, problem-solving mindset, she oversaw production notes, timelines, follow-ups and managed travel, berthing, logistics, and shipping, ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the creative process.
In her role as Casting Associate for Celebrity Cruises, Han planned, led and directed national and international audition tours to build diverse, highly skilled casts of dancers, vocalists and circus specialty acts. She streamlined existing and created new audition processes, aligned talent with creative briefs, prepared and distributed all audition materials and managed the setup and striking of audition spaces. Ensuring each performer met the production’s creative and technical demands, she also oversaw their training and integration into existing shows and developed impactful social media campaigns. Drawing on expertise in various dance styles, Han choreographed and produced breakdown videos and music cuts and catalogued auditionee footage for future records.
Han's experience also includes casting dancers, puppeteers and circus acts for major productions such as Avengers: Age of Ultron, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Dubai Expo and Festival of the Earth Parade.

Trained in multiple performance and dance disciplines, Han's experience spans Film, Live TV, West End and Broadway, directing full-body character performers, creating innovative roaming entertainment for theme parks and leading large-scale international projects. She has installed, maintained and provided artistic direction, ensuring consistency with creative vision across all departments and managed and scheduled rehearsals, recommended adjustments and collaborated on casting, contract renewals and evaluations to uphold integrity to support high-performance environments.
Her expertise in creative problem-solving includes facilitating re-blocks and re-casts, taking and communicating actionable performer notes, liaising with dancers and production teams to uphold artistic integrity, and developing detailed video records and blocking books to ensure consistency and excellence.
As a specialist in Lindy Hop, Swing, and Charleston, Han has worked on sets such as The Avengers, Allied, A Royal Night Out, and Pinocchio and with international companies such as Scottish Ballet to choreograph and provide accurate, era-specific movement coaching in these dance styles.
